Fine Interiors is a small but mighty team of 3 creative women with over 14 years of experience transforming spaces. From cozy decorating projects to full-scale builds, we bring a thoughtful balance of timeless style and current trends to every project. With a keen design eye, a love for detail, and the ability to provide everything from renovation drawings to finishing touches, we’re here to take your space from bland to grand—beautifully and seamlessly.

Meet your project lead, Alee. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting beautiful, functional spaces, Alee brings both creativity and clarity to every stage of the process. From guiding clients through finish selections to managing the behind-the-scenes logistics, she ensures each space feels thoughtfully tailored and effortlessly livable. Known for thinking outside the box, Alee is drawn to the details that take a space from ordinary to outstanding—an approach she brings to every project she touches.

GETTING TO KNOW YOU

DISCOVERY CALL

In this complimentary phone call, we'll discuss your project goals, timeline, and budget. We'll share about our process to determine if we're a good fit and answer any questions you have about working together.

02.

PROPOSAL

After the discovery call, we'll prepare a detailed proposal to outline the scope of work, suggested project budget, and estimated timeline. Once approved, you'll receive a contract and invoice to officially confirm your spot on our calendar.

ONCE YOU’RE A CLIENT

EVERY PROJECT BEGINS WITH YOU

GETTING STARTED DETAILS

Once it's official, we'll schedule your in-home kickoff meeting and send over additional details to help us understand your style, lifestyle, and goals.

02.

KICKOFF MEETING

During this 2-3 hour in-home meeting, we'll take pictures and measurements, catalog your existing furniture, if applicable, and get to know you and your family.

03.

CREATIVE PROCESS

With a full understanding of your lifestyle, general aesthetic, and goals, we'll move into our detailed production phase to prepare the perfect plan foryour space.

 PROJECT TIMELINE

 

KICKOFF

We’ll officially kick off your project during your kickoff meeting where we’ll get to know you and your style.


2 HOURS

CONCEPT

This conceptual phase is where we’ll set the overall look and feel for your space to make sure we’re in alignment.


2 WEEKS

CREATIVE PROCESS

Once the concept is approved, we’ll finalize plans and source finishes, fixtures and furnishings. This time includes revisions and documentation.


8-10 WEEKS

MANAGEMENT

We’ll collaborate with your contractors and place your orders with our vendors and suppliers, if agreed upon.


8-16 WEEKS, UP TO A YEAR

INSTALLATION

Once your home is ready for soft furnishings, we’ll oversee the installation you can enjoy a big reveal.
